Ingredients

- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup protein powder
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (optional)

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, peanut butter (or almond butter), honey (or maple syrup), protein powder, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the dried cranberries and any optional nuts or seeds.
- With clean hands, roll the mixture into small bite-sized balls, about the size of a tablespoon.
- Place the formed bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced out to avoid sticking.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up the bites.
- Store the bites in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
These bites can be customized with different nut butters or add-ins like dried fruits and chocolate chips. To keep them fresh, store in the fridge or freeze with parchment paper between layers.
