Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground beef

- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

- While the beef is cooking, preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Assemble the hoagies by filling the rolls with the beef and onion mixture.
- Top each hoagie with shredded provolone cheese.
- Place the hoagies on a baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For extra flavor, consider sautéing bell peppers or mushrooms with the onions, or try different types of cheese for variety.
