- 12 oz udon noodles
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1 cup bean sprouts
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the udon noodles according to the package instructions. Once done, drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in the sliced bell peppers and carrots. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.
- Add the bean sprouts and the cooked udon noodles to the skillet and mix well.
- Pour in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil, and toss everything together for another 2-3 minutes.
- Stir in chopped green onions and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
For added protein, pair with grilled chicken, shrimp, or tofu. Garnish with additional green onions or sesame seeds.
