Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken: Start by heating olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Brown the chicken: Add the seasoned chicken breasts to the pot and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until browned and cooked through. Use a meat thermometer to ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
