Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the loaf of bread in half horizontally.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Wrap each half in aluminum foil to keep the bread moist.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- For a crispy topping, unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, slice, and serve warm.
