Ingredients

  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened butter with minced garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread in half horizontally.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture generously over the cut sides of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  6. Wrap each half in aluminum foil to keep the bread moist.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. For a crispy topping, unwrap the foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
