Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  2. Whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
  5. Grease the waffle iron lightly with cooking spray or oil.
  6. Pour enough batter onto the hot waffle iron to cover the surface.
