Instructions
- Preheat your waffle iron according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
- Whisk together the all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Add the buttermilk, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined.
- Grease the waffle iron lightly with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour enough batter onto the hot waffle iron to cover the surface.
- Close the lid and cook until the waffles are golden brown and crispy, about 5 minutes.

Notes
