- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mash the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt to the bananas; mix until well combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough onto the baking sheet, leaving space between each cookie.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Use overripe bananas for extra sweetness. Feel free to adjust the sweetness with more maple syrup if desired.
