Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
  4. Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and milk in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until mixed.
  6. Fill the muffin tin with batter, about two-thirds full.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
