Ingredients

- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare a muffin tin by greasing it with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Mix the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl.
- Whisk together the olive oil, garlic, rosemary, and milk in a separate bowl.
- Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until mixed.
- Fill the muffin tin with batter, about two-thirds full.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in the tin for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
