Description

A fun twist on traditional cheeseburgers, these Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are perfect for parties and casual family nights. They are easy to make and deliciously cheesy.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  3. Flatten each biscuit into a round disk.
  4. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each biscuit.
  5. Fold the edges of the biscuit over the meat mixture to seal it and pinch the edges well.
  6. Place the bombs seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush the tops with melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

For best results, serve warm with a selection of dipping sauces like ketchup or ranch dressing. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
