Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, finely diced
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until beef is browned; drain excess fat.
3. Add Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and remove from heat.
4. Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle.
5. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef mixture and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese into the center of each biscuit.
6. Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal tightly, forming a ball.
7. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
8. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, Parmesan, and garlic powder.
9. Brush the butter mixture over each biscuit bomb.
10. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
11. Brush with remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with parsley before serving.
