Ingredients
- Bread (white or brioche)
- Cream cheese
- Sugar

Instructions
- Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling: In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Prepare Strawberries: Slice fresh strawberries and fold them into the cream cheese mixture.
- Assemble the Sandwiches: Spread the cream cheese and strawberry mixture onto slices of bread and top with another slice.
- Make the Egg Mixture: Whisk together eggs and milk in a separate bowl.
- Coat the Sandwiches: Dip each sandwich in the egg mixture, then in flour and breadcrumbs.
- Fry the Sandwiches: Heat oil in a frying pan and fry sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Drain and Dust: Remove sandwiches and let them drain on paper towels. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
Notes
