Ingredients

- 1 large Baguette (sliced)
- 1/2 cup Butter (softened)
- 4 Garlic (minced)
- 1/4 cup Fresh parsley (chopped)
- 1 cup Seafood mix (a blend of shrimp, scallops, and crab)
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Blend softened butter, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt and pepper until creamy.
- Coat each slice of baguette generously with the garlic butter mixture.
- Top the buttered bread with your seafood mix and sprinkle generously on each slice.
- Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the loaded toast.
- Shower a layer of grated Parmesan cheese on top of each toast.
- Place your prepared toasts on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley and let them cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a vegetarian version, substitute seafood with sautéed mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini.
