Instructions

- Mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl: soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken with the sauce mixture, ensuring each piece is fully covered.

- Thicken the sauce by mixing cornstarch with water and stirring it into the crockpot in the last 30 minutes.
