- 2 pounds beef chuck roast
- 4 cups beef broth
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 4 servings ramen noodles
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Sriracha or chili paste (optional)
Instructions
- Place the beef chuck roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, and grated ginger.
- Pour the broth mixture over the beef in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s covered.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until fork-tender.
- Shred the beef in the slow cooker and stir well to mix with the broth.
- Add the broken ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on high for another 10 to 15 minutes until the noodles are tender.
- Adjust seasoning if necessary and stir in the sliced green onions before serving.
- Ladle the beef ramen noodles into bowls, adding Sriracha or chili paste if desired.
Notes
Serve with extra green onions or sesame seeds for customization.
