Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef chuck roast
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 servings ramen noodles
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sriracha or chili paste (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place the beef chuck roast in the bottom of your slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, brown sugar, and grated ginger.
  3. Pour the broth mixture over the beef in the slow cooker, ensuring it’s covered.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours until fork-tender.
  5. Shred the beef in the slow cooker and stir well to mix with the broth.
  6. Add the broken ramen noodles to the slow cooker.
  7. Cover and cook on high for another 10 to 15 minutes until the noodles are tender.
  8. Adjust seasoning if necessary and stir in the sliced green onions before serving.
  9. Ladle the beef ramen noodles into bowls, adding Sriracha or chili paste if desired.

Notes

Serve with extra green onions or sesame seeds for customization.
