Instructions

  1. Prepare the shrimp: Start by placing the peeled and deveined shrimp in a mixing bowl. Drizzle the olive oil over the shrimp. Then, add the chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Use a spoon to toss the shrimp gently, ensuring they are evenly coated with the spices and oil.
  2. Preheat the grill: Now, it’s time to get your grill ready. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Skewer the shrimp: For easier handling on the grill, thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  4. Grill the shrimp: Place the skewered shrimp on the grill. Grill them for about 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Warm the tortillas: While the shrimp are grilling, warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
