- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add diced chicken, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Sauté until the chicken is no longer pink, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a greased baking dish, layer the zucchini slices, cooked chicken mixture, and marinara sauce.
- Top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
