Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked rice or noodles for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, spread out evenly.
  2. Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
  3. Add broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers to the crockpot.
  4. Drizzle sesame oil over the ingredients for added flavor.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
  7. Stir shredded chicken back into the crockpot with the sauce and vegetables. Serve over rice or noodles.
