- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked rice or noodles for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot, spread out evenly.
- Pour teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Add broccoli florets and sliced bell peppers to the crockpot.
- Drizzle sesame oil over the ingredients for added flavor.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove chicken and shred it with two forks.
- Stir shredded chicken back into the crockpot with the sauce and vegetables. Serve over rice or noodles.
