Ingredients
6 cups whole milk
2 cups heavy cream
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Whipped cream and mini marshmallows for serving
Instructions
1. Add milk, heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt to the Crock Pot.
2. Whisk everything together until well combined.
3. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
4. Once the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth and creamy, switch to the WARM setting.
5. Serve hot, topped with whipped cream and mini marshmallows.
Notes
For a peppermint twist, add 1/2 teaspoon of peppermint extract.
Use dark chocolate chips for a richer flavor.
Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator and reheated on the stove or in the slow cooker.
