Ingredients
1 flatbread or naan bread
4 oz brie cheese, sliced
1/4 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1 tsp fresh rosemary or thyme leaves
1 tsp honey or maple syrup, for drizzling
1 tsp olive oil
Fresh arugula, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
