Ingredients
1 prepared flatbread or naan
4 oz Brie cheese, sliced
1/3 cup cranberry sauce
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp fresh rosemary, minced (optional)
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush lightly with olive oil.
3. Arrange slices of Brie evenly over the surface.
4. Spoon cranberry sauce in small dollops around the cheese.
5. Sprinkle toasted walnuts and minced rosemary (if using) over the top.
6. Bake for 8–10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
7. Drizzle with honey, season with salt and pepper, and slice to serve warm.
Notes
For extra crunch, add a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds or arugula before serving.
Try using fig jam or apricot preserves instead of cranberry sauce for a twist.
