- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1/2 cup Dill pickle juice
- 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 Brioche buns
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and dill pickle juice until well combined. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Stir until smooth and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade, season with salt and pepper, then fry for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Toast brioche buns in a toaster or on a grill until golden and crisp.
- Assemble the sandwich with crispy chicken, a generous amount of aioli, and any extra toppings.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier alternative.
