  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup Dill pickle juice
  • 2 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Brioche buns
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix buttermilk and dill pickle juice until well combined. Add chicken breasts, ensuring they are coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, lemon juice, and chopped dill. Stir until smooth and set aside.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade, season with salt and pepper, then fry for 5-7 minutes on each side or until golden brown and fully cooked through.
  5. Toast brioche buns in a toaster or on a grill until golden and crisp.
  6. Assemble the sandwich with crispy chicken, a generous amount of aioli, and any extra toppings.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken overnight. You can bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for a healthier alternative.
