Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cheddar cheese, almond flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and form into rounds.
- Place the rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
