Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt. Add pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  5. Slowly add heavy cream and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
  6. Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  7. Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
