- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Boil a large pot of water with a pinch of salt. Add pasta and cook until al dente (8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat until hot.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in diced tomatoes with their juices and let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Slowly add heavy cream and cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss the cooked pasta into the creamy sauce until evenly coated.
- Plate hot and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Notes
