- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 cup fresh vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, spinach)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Sauté the garlic in a large pot with olive oil.
- Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown.
- Add chicken broth and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions.
- Stir in fresh vegetables and soy sauce, cooking for 2 more minutes.
- Add heavy cream and season with salt and pepper. Cook until thickened.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-fat milk instead of heavy cream.
