Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangular shape, aiming for a thickness of about 1/4 inch.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the rolled-out dough onto it.
  4. Brush the surface of the dough with olive oil, ensuring even coverage.
  5. Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a small border at the edges.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce generously.
  7. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and a pinch of salt.
  8. Slice the dough into strips using a pizza cutter.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and cut into strips to serve.
