Fun and colorful cookies inspired by the beloved Sesame Street character, perfect for any gathering.
Ingredients

- 1 sugar cookie mix
- 1 cup mini Oreos, crushed
- 1 cup Chips Ahoy cookies, chopped
- Candy eyeballs (as many as you want!)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar cookie mix, egg, vegetable oil, and water until well-blended.
- Gently fold in the crushed mini Oreos and chopped Chips Ahoy cookies.
- Scoop out portions of the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
- Press candy eyeballs on top of each cookie before baking.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges turn lightly golden.
- Let cookies cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store cookies in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to three months.
