Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked pasta (any shape)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, corn, and carrots)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Fresh parsley or chives for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika. Stir until well mixed.
- Add cooked pasta, shredded chicken (if using), and frozen mixed vegetables to the soup mixture. Stir gently until coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes, garnish with fresh parsley or chives, then serve.
Notes
Great served hot on its own or with a side salad. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2-3 months.
