- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Prepare a large skillet over medium heat; combine shredded chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, and milk.
- Season the mixture with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes until heated through.
- Combine the drained pasta with the skillet mixture, stirring to ensure the pasta is evenly coated.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and creamy.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
Notes
Consider using rotisserie chicken for convenience and add your favorite vegetables in place of the mixed vegetables.
