- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.
- Cut the cinnamon roll dough into quarters and spread evenly in the baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
- Pour the egg mixture over the cinnamon roll pieces and press down gently.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the egg is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
