  • 1 cup icing sugar (for glaze)
  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients; mix gently until just blended.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Prepare the glaze by mixing icing sugar with 1-2 tablespoons of milk until smooth.
