Description

Delicious brownies combining rich chocolate flavor and fresh strawberries for a delightful dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as needed)
  • 1 lb fresh strawberries, halved
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for melting)
  • Optional: white chocolate for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to brownie mix box instructions and prepare a baking pan.
  2. Mix the brownie batter according to box instructions, adding required eggs, oil, and water.
  3. Fold in half of the halved strawberries and the chocolate chips into the batter.
  4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  5. Bake according to the time suggested on the brownie mix box; check for doneness with a toothpick.
  6. While baking, prepare the chocolate drizzle by melting the remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter.
  7. Once cooled, drizzle melted chocolate over the brownies and decorate with remaining strawberry halves.
  8. For extra flair, optionally drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
  9. Cut into squares and serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
