- 1 box brownie mix (plus eggs, oil, and water as needed)
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, halved
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil or butter (for melting)
- Optional: white chocolate for drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat your oven according to brownie mix box instructions and prepare a baking pan.
- Mix the brownie batter according to box instructions, adding required eggs, oil, and water.
- Fold in half of the halved strawberries and the chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
- Bake according to the time suggested on the brownie mix box; check for doneness with a toothpick.
- While baking, prepare the chocolate drizzle by melting the remaining chocolate chips with coconut oil or butter.
- Once cooled, drizzle melted chocolate over the brownies and decorate with remaining strawberry halves.
- For extra flair, optionally drizzle melted white chocolate on top.
- Cut into squares and serve warm, optionally with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerate for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage. Thaw before serving.
