- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt; mix well.
- Stir in milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Carefully pour the boiling water over the batter without stirring.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until edges are set and center is gooey.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving, ideally with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
