- 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients listed on the box)
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 cup mini chocolate chips
- 8 oz chocolate candy coating
Instructions
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the brownie mix box and prepare the brownie mix as directed.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake as specified. Let the brownies cool completely.
- Cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add vanilla extract and mix well.
- Gradually mix in the flour until fully combined. Add milk until a dough forms.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll cookie dough into small balls and freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cut cooled brownies into squares slightly larger than the cookie dough balls.
- Flatten each brownie square, place a cookie dough ball in the center, and wrap the brownie around it.
- Melt the chocolate candy coating and dip each brownie bomb, then place on parchment paper to set until chocolate hardens.
Notes
Serve with a glass of milk or vanilla ice cream. For extra indulgence, drizzle with chocolate or caramel sauce.
