Description

A delightful blend of brownies and cookie dough in bite-sized treats that are soft, gooey, and satisfying.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box brownie mix
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and place a small ball of cookie dough on top.
  6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  7. Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Serve warm or at room temperature; dust with powdered sugar or drizzle melted chocolate for an extra touch.
