- 1 box brownie mix
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the brownie mix, vegetable oil, and egg until smooth.
- In another bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the vanilla extract.
- Gradually mix in the all-purpose flour and salt, stirring until a soft dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Fill each muffin cup halfway with brownie batter and place a small ball of cookie dough on top.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Allow to cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature; dust with powdered sugar or drizzle melted chocolate for an extra touch.
