- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup whipped cream
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 4 tbsp butter (for binding the crust)
Instructions
- Start by taking a mixing bowl and adding cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Using an electric mixer, beat these ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
- Gently add in whipped cream and fold until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
- Press the crust mixture into the bottoms of cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
- Now fill each liner with the cheesecake mixture evenly.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each filled liner.
- Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the caramel.
- Place the cupcake pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 120 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove cheesecake bites from cupcake liners and serve.
Notes
Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing. Adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
