Delightful no-bake cheesecake bites featuring chocolate and caramel flavors, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 4 tbsp butter (for binding the crust)

Instructions

  1. Start by taking a mixing bowl and adding cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  2. Using an electric mixer, beat these ingredients together until smooth and creamy.
  3. Gently add in whipped cream and fold until well combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter.
  5. Press the crust mixture into the bottoms of cupcake liners in a cupcake pan.
  6. Now fill each liner with the cheesecake mixture evenly.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top of each filled liner.
  8. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of the caramel.
  9. Place the cupcake pan in the refrigerator and chill for at least 120 minutes.
  10. Once chilled, remove cheesecake bites from cupcake liners and serve.

Notes

Use room temperature cream cheese for better mixing. Adjust sweetness by adding more powdered sugar if desired.
