Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken and steamed broccoli.
- Add cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix well.
- Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
- Mix breadcrumbs with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the top is bubbly and golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Can be prepared and frozen before baking for up to 3 months.
