Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 wheel (5.2 oz) Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs cheese
  • 0.75 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 0.5 tsp salt

  4. Add Boursin cheese: Crumble the cheese into the skillet and whisk it with the broth until melted and creamy.
  5. Reheat chicken: Return the cutlets to the skillet, spoon the sauce over them, and allow to simmer for a minute.
  6. Garnish and serve: Garnish with parsley or chives and serve immediately over pasta, rice, or vegetables.
