Description

A delicious sandwich featuring grilled chicken, creamy avocado, and melty cheese, perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 4 slices of bread (your choice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter for grilling

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On the unbuttered side of two slices, layer the grilled chicken, followed by the mashed avocado and shredded cheese.
  4. Place the other two slices of bread on top with the buttered side facing up to form two sandwiches.
  5. Grill in a preheated skillet over medium heat for 3-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.

Notes

For an extra kick, add sliced jalapeños or try different types of bread for varied flavors.
