- 1 can of crescent rolls
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Unroll the crescent rolls on a clean baking sheet, separating each roll carefully.
- Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it on the wide end of each crescent roll. Avoid overfilling.
- Roll them up starting from the wide end and pinch the edges to seal them.
- Arrange the stuffed crescents on your baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired before serving.
Notes
Can be served with a side salad or steamed vegetables. For leftovers, store in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
