A delightful dish combining comfort food with an easy cooking method, featuring creamy chicken and cheese stuffed in flaky crescent rolls.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent rolls
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls on a clean baking sheet, separating each roll carefully.
  4. Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it on the wide end of each crescent roll. Avoid overfilling.
  5. Roll them up starting from the wide end and pinch the edges to seal them.
  6. Arrange the stuffed crescents on your baking sheet, leaving space between each one. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let them cool for a couple of minutes, then sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired before serving.

Notes

Can be served with a side salad or steamed vegetables. For leftovers, store in an airtight container and refrigerate for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months.
