- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed, then season with salt and pepper.
- Open the can of crescent roll dough and carefully separate it into triangles.
- Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough tightly around the filling from the wide end to the pointed tip.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the stuffed crescents on it, leaving space between each.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Let them cool for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
Serve warm, ideal for parties, along with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping. Can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen before baking. Experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables for variety.
