Description

A delightful twist on traditional crescent rolls filled with creamy Alfredo sauce, shredded chicken, and melted cheeses, perfect for dinner or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, and grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed, then season with salt and pepper.
  3. Open the can of crescent roll dough and carefully separate it into triangles.
  4. Take a spoonful of the chicken mixture and place it at the wide end of each triangle.
  5. Roll the dough tightly around the filling from the wide end to the pointed tip.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the stuffed crescents on it, leaving space between each.
  7. Bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  8. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving, garnishing with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Serve warm, ideal for parties, along with additional Alfredo sauce for dipping. Can be stored for 3-4 days in the fridge or frozen before baking. Experiment with different cheeses or add vegetables for variety.
