A delightful comfort food combining creamy Alfredo sauce and tender chicken, all tucked inside a warm loaf of bread.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 loaf of French bread (or Italian bread)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Make a deep cut down the center of the loaf of bread to create a pocket while keeping the bottom intact.
- Spoon the chicken Alfredo mixture into the bread pocket and pack it in well.
- Drizzle the outside of the stuffed bread with olive oil.
- Wrap the stuffed bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes to warm up the filling and meld the flavors.
- Unwrap the foil, increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C), and bake for another 10-15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let the bread cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
For added flavor, serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
