Description

A delightful twist on classic chicken Alfredo pasta served in warm, crispy garlic bread bowls, perfect for family dinners or special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
  • 4 large garlic bread loaves

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to gentle simmer while stirring.
  4. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and creamy. Season with salt, pepper, and optional nutmeg.
  5. Add drained fettuccine to the sauce, coating evenly.
  6. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  7. Slice garlic bread loaves and hollow out the centers.
  8. Fill hollowed garlic bread with fettuccine Alfredo mixture.
  9. Bake on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until bread is golden and crispy.
  10. Top with sliced grilled chicken and serve warm.

Notes

For a vegetarian option, skip the chicken and add sautéed vegetables. For a seafood version, consider adding shrimp or crab.
