Ingredients

- Croissant dough
- Slices of pepperoni
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 Egg (for egg wash)
- Optional: Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
- Place a slice of pepperoni and a spoonful of shredded mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough towards the point to form a crescent shape.
- Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes.
