Description

Delightful treats combining flaky croissants with pepperoni and mozzarella, perfect for parties or a quick meal.


Ingredients

  • Croissant dough
  • Slices of pepperoni
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Egg (for egg wash)
  • Optional: Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the croissant dough and cut it into triangles.
  3. Place a slice of pepperoni and a spoonful of shredded mozzarella on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll the dough towards the point to form a crescent shape.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Beat the egg and brush it over the tops of the rolls.
  7. Sprinkle Italian seasoning on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes.
