- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon crushed red chili flakes (optional)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley (plus more for garnish)
- Salt (to taste)
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella
Instructions
- Cook the ziti pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water.

Notes
For added flavors, consider pairing with garlic bread or a salad. Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
