- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (10 oz) sloppy joe sauce
- 4 slices garlic bread
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the sloppy joe sauce and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, toast the garlic bread according to package instructions.
- Once the mixture is heated through, spoon it over the toasted garlic bread.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and let it melt.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
