  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F to get it nice and warm.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken and cook until fully cooked and golden, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Add sliced onions and bell peppers to the same skillet. Sauté until tender, about 5 minutes.
