Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup coffee (strongly brewed)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Start by taking a medium saucepan to combine your ingredients.
  2. In the saucepan, add 1 cup of granulated sugar and 1/2 cup of unsalted butter.
  3. Pour in 1/4 cup of heavy cream.
  4. Place the saucepan over medium heat, stirring continuously until the mixture begins to boil.
  5. Once boiling, reduce heat and let it simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
  6. Remove the saucepan from heat and mix in 1/2 cup of brewed coffee, 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips, 1/2 cup of caramel sauce, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  7. Lightly grease an 8×8 inch baking dish, pour the fudge mixture into the dish, and spread it evenly.
  8. Let it cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
  9. Once firm, cut into squares and serve.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature or in the refrigerator. For longer storage, freeze the fudge wrapped securely.
