Instructions

  1. Sauté the vegetables: Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and bell pepper. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until softened.
  2. Cook the chicken: Add ground chicken to the skillet, breaking it up with a spatula as it cooks. Stir until browned, about 7-10 minutes.
  3. Add the seasonings: Stir in Cajun seasoning, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt and pepper and simmer on low for about 10 minutes.
