  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
  5. Toss the cooked tortellini in the sauce until well-coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
