- 9 oz. cheese tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the cheese tortellini according to the package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Cajun seasoning and let it cook for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
- Add the Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Toss the cooked tortellini in the sauce until well-coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve garnished with chopped parsley.
