Ingredients

- 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to the package instructions with a pinch of salt in boiling water. Drain and cool.
- Combine the cooled pasta, romaine, cherry tomatoes, olives, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
- Add the Caesar dressing and toss well to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing once more.
- Serve chilled, garnished with extra Parmesan or croutons, and enjoy.

Best served fresh. Keep dressing separate if storing leftovers to prevent sogginess.
