Description

A delightful twist on the classic Caesar salad, combining pasta with fresh greens and creamy dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 ounces rotini or fusilli pasta
  • 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions with a pinch of salt in boiling water. Drain and cool.
  2. Combine the cooled pasta, romaine, cherry tomatoes, olives, and Parmesan in a large bowl.
  3. Add the Caesar dressing and toss well to coat.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mixing once more.
  5. Serve chilled, garnished with extra Parmesan or croutons, and enjoy.

Notes

Best served fresh. Keep dressing separate if storing leftovers to prevent sogginess.
